Privacy Policy
This policy explains what data ZonPulse collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. In short: we collect what's needed to run your analytics and answer your questions, we never sell your data, and you can disconnect us from your Amazon account at any time.
Data we collect
- Account information. Your name and email address when you create a ZonPulse account or join the early-access list.
- Amazon selling and advertising data. When you authorize ZonPulse through Amazon's Login with Amazon consent flow, we access your data through the official Amazon Selling Partner API and Amazon Ads API — such as orders, listings, fees, inventory, traffic, and advertising campaign performance. We access only the data scopes you approve.
- Usage data. Basic technical information about how you use ZonPulse (pages viewed, features used) to keep the product working and improve it.
How we use it
- To provide your dashboards, analytics, and reports.
- To answer the questions you ask our AI copilot, or those you ask through your own AI connected via MCP. AI queries run against your data with read-only access; your data is not used to train AI models.
- To operate, secure, and improve ZonPulse, and to communicate with you about your account.
What we never do
- We never sell your data or share it with other sellers, advertisers, or data brokers.
- We never aggregate your data into industry benchmarks or resell insights derived from it.
- We never access your Amazon account beyond the API scopes you granted, and we comply with Amazon's data protection and acceptable-use policies for the Selling Partner API and Amazon Ads API.
Storage and security
Your data is stored with reputable cloud infrastructure providers, encrypted in transit and at rest. Access within Junavio LLC is limited to what's needed to operate the service. AI and MCP connections are protected with OAuth 2.1 authorization — no passwords or long-lived keys are shared with AI clients.
Service providers
We use a small number of processors to run ZonPulse — cloud hosting, database, and AI model providers — each bound by their own confidentiality and data-processing obligations. The early-access form is processed via Google Forms.
Retention and deletion
We keep your data while your account is active. You can revoke ZonPulse's access to your Amazon account at any time from Amazon Seller Central, and you can ask us to delete your account and associated data by emailing [email protected]. We delete it within 30 days of a verified request, except where retention is legally required.
Cookies
The zonpulse.com website does not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. The ZonPulse app uses only the cookies needed to keep you signed in.
Children
ZonPulse is a business tool and is not directed at children under 16.
Changes
If we make material changes to this policy, we'll update this page and note the new effective date. Significant changes affecting your Amazon data will be communicated to account holders by email.
