Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of ZonPulse, the analytics and AI copilot service for Amazon sellers and advertisers operated by Junavio LLC ("we," "us"). By creating an account or using ZonPulse you agree to them.
1. The service
ZonPulse connects to your Amazon account through the official Amazon Selling Partner API and Amazon Ads API, and provides analytics, reporting, and AI-assisted answers over your own data — through our app or through AI clients you connect via the Model Context Protocol (MCP).
2. Early access
ZonPulse is currently in early access. Features may change, be added, or be removed, and occasional interruptions are more likely than in a finished product. We'll communicate significant changes to account holders.
3. Your account and authorization
- You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You're responsible for activity under your account.
- You may only connect an Amazon account you own or are authorized to manage. You can revoke ZonPulse's access at any time from Amazon Seller Central.
- You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding agreement.
4. Acceptable use
- Don't attempt to access data that isn't yours, probe or disrupt the service, or reverse-engineer it.
- Don't use ZonPulse to violate Amazon's policies or any applicable law.
- Don't resell or redistribute the service or data access without our written agreement.
5. Fees
The MCP server starts at $20 per month per marketplace; final pricing depends on your business size and is agreed with you before any billing begins. We'll give at least 30 days' notice before price changes affecting you. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or stated otherwise in writing.
6. Your data
Your data remains yours. How we collect, use, and protect it is described in our Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms. We handle Amazon data in accordance with Amazon's data protection and acceptable-use policies.
7. Intellectual property
We own the ZonPulse software, brand, and site content. You get a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service while your account is in good standing.
8. Disclaimers
ZonPulse provides analytics and AI-generated insights to inform your decisions — it doesn't make business decisions for you, and AI answers can be wrong. The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We're not affiliated with or endorsed by Amazon; Amazon and all related marks are trademarks of Amazon.com, Inc. or its affiliates.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Junavio LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits or revenues. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
10. Termination
You can stop using ZonPulse and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practicable. Sections 6–11 survive termination.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
12. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with a new effective date, and account holders will be notified by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
